The fixed quote comes off that survey, which is why commercial numbers from us do not move afterwards.
Every desk, chair, crate and monitor is labelled against a plan of the new office before it leaves. Crews place by label. Nobody spends Monday morning working out whose second screen is whose, and your IT contractor walks into equipment already sitting where it belongs.
We transport servers, switches and desktops with shock-cushioned handling and cables bagged and labelled per device. We do not decommission or reconfigure your network. Have your IT people available at the far end and the two jobs dovetail neatly.
